With the holidays approaching, in the midst of all our travel plans and get-togethers, it is easy to forget to take a little time for ourselves. Whether you are working hard to wrap up your work week or rallying for a last-minute shopping blitz, the excitement and anticipation can also bring stress, anxiety and apprehension.
At our Winter Restorative Yoga workshop, you don’t have to do any work!
With blankets, bolsters, and cushions to support the body, poses will be done from a seated or lying position, allowing muscles and joints to let go of tension as we breathe and relax in comfort in our warm, candlelit classroom. This gentle class is suitable for absolute beginners! At only $20, this is our gift to you for the holidays.
