Thank you for speaking to this issue, Gracie. I would have liked to attend this hearing, as I do have a property affected by the 40 acre rule (for better or worse I’m not sure) but I could not attend at the appointed time. Why do elected and appointed officials hold public hearings when most people are working? Not very good stewardship of public trust when the public has a hard time attending public hearings!
