Genoa’s Summer Farm Fest

Come celebrate Genoa’s agricultural heritage at this unique festival. Downtown Genoa will be transformed this Saturday, July 23rd, for Summer Farm Fest. This new event will replace the previously held Harvest Moon Festival while retaining the popular Back Roads Tractor Run.

Let your kids touch farm tractors, meat real farmers and see farm animals up close. Enter the Pet Costume Contest at 10am and participate in a Live Auction at 1pm. There will be farm animals, games, contests, historical and agricultural displays, entertainment, food and fun for all ages. The annual Back Roads Tractor Run will be at 3pm and will include a tractor display, driving contests and parade in addition to the run. There will be live entertainment all day featuring Wally Mulso, T.O.W. and more. Outdoor movie at dusk is ‘Yogi Bear’.

Take a short scenic drive in the country to Genoa at the intersection of Rts. 72 and 23 this Saturday with the family for this fun, free event.  To volunteer, display animals or participate in the tractor run contact Genoa Main Street.
