Join in the Welcome Home for Corporal Matthew P. Morris, Kilo Company, USMC this Sunday, July 24th. He is a U.S. Marine who has been deployed to Iraq three times and Afghanistan one time. Currently stationed in North Carolina at Camp Lejune, Corporal Matthew P. Morris is married and the father of two children.
There will be a motorcycle escort on Sunday, July 24, 2011 at 3:00pm in Genoa. Route of travel is from the Genoa Post Office, north on Rte. 23, west on Rte. 72 (Main St.) and south on Washington St. to the Genoa Veterans Home. The public is asked to stand along the escort route with American Flags and/or signs or be at the Genoa Veterans Home before 3:00pm.
