Gluten-Free Awareness Group
Gluten Intolerance, diagnosed as Celiac Disease, is a genetic disorder resulting in intestinal damage from eating gluten. The only acceptable treatment for this condition is a strict gluten-free diet. Gluten is present in so many foods, sticking to this diet can be an uphill battle. Patients and family members are invited to learn tips to living with Celiac, gluten-free restaurant choices, and for support in facing this challenge. If you are concerned that you may have a gluten sensitivity, join us to learn more.
