Here are the reasons they enjoy being a manager at YOUR Sycamore Pool! Derek Stenberg is proud to play a part in helping young adults grow into mature, responsible lifeguards. Drew Moulton is proud to be able to save lives. Jessica Mollman enjoys the outdoors and interacting with the patrons and staff. Dom Lesniewski loves the excitement and anticipation of the pool environment – knowing that at any moment something will happen and someone will need his help.
