With hourly, overnight, or around the clock availability, Peak’s licensed and trained CNA’s, LPN’s and RN’s are able to provide in-home care assistance whenever it is needed — hourly, overnight or 24 hours a day, from a single visit to every day of the year. There are no contracts or required number of visits. The plan of care is flexible and adaptable, based upon each individual’s needs and condition, modified as those needs and conditions change.
