Remington’s Gastropub in Malta is hosting their first annual St. Baldrick’s event this Sunday, April 8th 2018, from 2pm- 8pm! It’s a fantastic opportunity to raise money for children’s cancer research and they will also be honoring local 8yr old, Jake Dobie, son of Jeff and Marissa Dobie, owners of Fatty’s in DeKalb.

They are closing down the street in downtown Malta for this great event! Heated tents will be up with picnic tables, a beer truck outside, 50/50 raffle and TONS of items to be auctioned off including a couple’s night out including show tickets, dinner and a hotel room and a also a 7 night stay at your choice of destinations. Back Country Roads will be donating their time for an acoustic show, from 3:30-5ish for St. Baldricks! Mira’s Salon & Day Spa will be donating their time to shave heads, although it is not required to shave to attend this fun event!
Donations for St. Baldricks are accepted on location or online here. Remington’s Gastropub is located at 102 South Third Street, Malta. There will be plenty of parking available at the Historical Museum, 127 N 3rd St. in Malta. The Fatty’s shuttle bus will run throughout the event to make sure people get home safely.
