Society makes it difficult for people to ask for help, due to the stigma associated with depression and mental illnesses. Television news loves to blame rampages on mental issues. Its because so many people in that dark place are worried about what everyone will say. There needs to definitely be more awareness for our young people in schools. Wr can teach them to use a condom, but not to talk about how they feel.
Shauna Kay Gloden people who attempt and or succeed in suicide are sick and need help. My brother attempted it multiple times and was finally diagnosed with Bipolar disorder.
I don’t know you but if you feel so bad you are thinking about hurting yourself you need to get help. Sometimes we can only see what’s in front of us and feel hopeless but with time and strength you will feel better. It’s getting there that’s the hard part.
