When was the last time you heard a good story well told? Imagine sitting around a campfire with Ma-ka-tai-me-she-kiuk-kiuk listening to the stories of creation and the legends of his grandfathers. Brian “Fox”Ellis portrays the reporter who transcribed Black Hawk’s Autobiography weaving true history with folklore. Come see this intriguing production where there will be traditional chants and drumming songs with audience participation.
Brian “Fox” Ellis is an internationally acclaimed author, storyteller, historian, and naturalist. He has worked with The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, The Field Museum and other museums across the country.
Showtimes are 9am, 10:30am and 1pm this Thursday, November 21st at the Sandwich Opera House, 140 E. Railroad Street in Sandwich.
