(DeKalb) – Enjoy a night of listening to tales from America’s past heroes and heroines at the DeKalb Public Library! On Thursday, April 30, hear historical tales about such iconic figures as Davy Crockett, Annie Oakley, Belle Starr, Johnny Appleseed, Wild Bill Hickock, and more.
Tales will be told by adult services librarian Elizabeth Hallaron. Stories will be appropriate for upper elementary through adults.
No registration is required. This program is part of the America 250 initiative, celebrating our nation throughout the year. It will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the lower-level Zimmerman Meeting Room.
