(DeKalb) – Take a break from your day and join us at the DeKalb Public Library on Friday, July 11, at 10:00 a.m., for light refreshments as we watch the 1989 film Glory.
Glory is a tribute to the Army’s first black regiment, the 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, that was mustered up during the Civil War under the command of an inexperienced white New Englander.
This movie is intended for adults. It is rated R. No registration is required. It will be held in the lower-level Zimmerman Meeting Room.
