The Kishwaukee College Collision Repair Technology (CRT) Program received a PR 10 Spot Welding System from the Collision Repair Foundation, an organization that works with CRT programs across the U.S. to support the training of future CRT professionals. The spot welder was donated by Abra Autobody and Glass to the Collision Repair Foundation. Greg Brink, CRT instructor at Kishwaukee College, stated, “We are very grateful to the Collision Repair Foundation for this donation. The spot welder will allow students to perform factory type welds. This type of weld is recommended by many OEM car companies. It is great that the collision repair industry is so supportive of training our future technicians.”
