The DeKalb County Democratic Party will host a County Clerk and Recorder forum at 7:30 p.m. on this Thursday at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 158 N. 4th St., DeKalb that is open to the public.
The candidate forum with Democratic County Clerk and Recorder candidates Trent Taylor, DeKalb, and Denise Ii, Sandwich, will follow the regularly scheduled monthly DeKalb County Democratic Central Committee meeting at the same location.
Both candidates will participate with questions being asked by the audience.
“As a party we have held several candidate forums and debates in the past and want to keep up that tradition of giving the public an opportunity to meet and ask questions of candidates running for local election,” said Mark Pietrowski, Chair of the DeKalb County Democratic Party.
