Smalltown Skate Shop is having it’s 7th annual Skateboard Inspired Art Show this Thursday, February 27th, 2014, starting at 6pm. Come see over twenty different artists showing their works. This year’s show is going to be bigger and better than ever, featuring awesome skateboard inspired artwork from all over the world, in a beautiful array of styles and mediums; custom decks, paintings, prints, jewelry, photography and so much more!
During the show, visitors will be invited to a super-secret after party and mural unveiling at a surprise location. Make sure to stick around to celebrate skateboarding, art, music, and community at this killer party. BRING YOUR BOARD! Smalltown Skate Shop is located at 229 E. Lincoln Hwy. in downtown DeKalb.
The mural for the after-party space was funded through Kickstarter, where the group met and exceeded their goal. Watch the crazy amazing video of the mural artists at work below.
