DeKalb, IL. – The DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and downtown merchants present their annual Spooktacular, a Downtown DeKalb trick-or-treating event for all ages! Invite your friends and family to put on their best costumes and trick-or-treat at over 30 Downtown DeKalb businesses on Thursday, October 26th from 4-6PM. After trick-or-treating, the Egyptian Theatre will be offering a FREE movie showing of Casper at 6:30PM for you to continue the fun!
