Saturday, April 9 | 10:00-11:30 AM Yoga ropes straight

Come “learn the ropes!”

Ropes are a great assistant for all sorts of yoga poses. Not only do they help you achieve certain poses, they allow you to safely and securely concentrate on getting the most out of each stretch. Ropes powerfully enhance your practice. And more than that–they’re fun!

The ropes are smooth and comfortable, but some may prefer to bring workout or cycling-type gloves.

Whether you are an experienced practitioner looking for a challenge—or a beginner who thinks yoga looks too difficult—we know how to help you get the most out of your experience. Remember, you can always discuss your goals and concerns with all our instructors!

Ropes class takes place Saturday, April 9, from 10:00-11:30 am. Space is limited, so please call to let us know if you plan to attend. Walk-ins are only $15—or use your punch card!
