Wine on the Terrace Saturday

The Ellwood House terraces and gardens provide an elegant setting for an evening of wines, excellent appetizers, and music this Saturday, September 10th for Wine on the Terrace, from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. This major fundraiser has become an eagerly anticipated community event for many.

Inboden’s of DeKalb, a local specialty food market and wine merchant, is again partnering with Ellwood House for the event. Inboden’s will serve an array of fine wines and unique appetizers on the Ellwood Mansion terrace. As visitors linger on the terrace sipping a selection of 35 wines, they will enjoy a live musical performance.

Guests can also take a self-guided tour through the first floor of the mansion and may choose to tour the Visitor Center for unique desserts and fresh-roasted coffee. A silent auction of elegant offerings and gift certificates will take place throughout the evening.
