Come join the group to learn ideas of what to put into your own recovery toolbox to help you in difficult times! It will be begin Tuesday, October 1 from 10:00-11:30AM for 10 weeks. The group will be lead by Eldon Wigget, Mental Health Recovery Support Specialist from the Division of Mental Health.
