The DeKalb County Engineer has announced that Waterman Road between Perry Road and Duffy Road in Afton and Clinton Townships will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, June 5th for the rehabilitation of that five miles of roadway. This closure is scheduled to remain until August 18th .
Civil Constructors, Inc. from Freeport, Illinois will be the Contractor for this $1,437,252.35 project. I have been on that road and I can not believe it has been left in such a condition … that road was so rough it was absolutely TERRIBLE
