According to the staff the Sycamore Park District playgrounds are open. The Sycamore Park District would like to thank the Sycamore Lions Club for cleaning and sanitizing all playground equipment. This was a major undertaking and the Park District as well as the rest of the community truly appreciates the efforts of the Sycamore Lions Club.
In the next few days, the Kiwanis Club of Sycamore will be cleaning picnic tables and the Rotary Club will clean all benches – this is a great community effort to keep Sycamore healthy and to give back to the community.
When visiting the parks, please use your best judgment to keep group sizes less than 50. Remember to practice 6-foot social distancing from others, not in your household, and sanitize your hands often. Drinking fountains have not been turned on so please plan to bring water. Please enjoy this hometown park.
