Some In KishHealth System to Undergo Name Change

Effective Sept. 1, 2013, the new brand for KishHealth System will be launched.  The brand changes come from diligent research conducted over the last year. They learned that many healthcare consumers are unfamiliar with all KishHealth System provides, including primary care and in-patient hospital facilities, hospice and home care.

The KishHealth System wants consumers and providers to feel confident in choosing their system for a variety of reasons, with the same consistent, compassionate and innovative care. To support this unified promotion of all services within KishHealth System, the information on their 16 current websites will be merged into one, www.kishhealth.org, making it easier to see the broader scope of what they offer.

Additionally, for greater alignment with the health system, a number of entities will be undergoing a name change; those changes are noted below. The updated logo and tagline will also be launched on Sept. 1; an example is displayed here. They feel this new tagline represents the consumer’s role and choice in their healthcare and also their responsibility in providing a full continuum of education and care.
