Tim Dunlop, Physical Therapist with Northern Rehab Physical Therapy Specialists, will be giving a free presentation as part of the Live and Learn Program. “Fit & Flexible: For Young People Over 60” will be presented on Thursday, May 15 at 12:30 pm at the Senior Service Center, 330 Grove Street in DeKalb. Topics will include overall fitness, recommended exercise programs for flexibility, and more. This program is in cooperation with the Family Service Agency Senior Services.
