Colonial House Apartments

SHP Management provides subsized housing for elderly and disabled.  An affordable site-based apartment living program.  Rent is 30% of income.less medical cost.  The apartments are 530 square feet, they include, the heat, heating the water, sewer, trash and gas.  A secure building, with limited parking space.  Garden in the summertime, Bingo, Food Pantry, WII Bowling.  Resident that need help with services would contact Elder Care as they can help to provide services.
