Learn how our daily habits and food choices affect important health indicators such as blood pressure, body weight, and glucose and cholesterol levels.
Join Marilyn Csernus, University of Illinois Extension nutrition and wellness educator and MS, RD, CDE registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator for this program at the DeKalb County Extension office, 1350 W. Prairie Drive in Sycamore today, Tuesday, January 21st at 3 p.m. to learn more. Healthy recipes will be provided along with a cooking demonstration and recipe sampling.
Let’s Live Long and Live Well is the second program in the Healthy Living series which is open to all. The final session in the series will be Healthy Snacking on February 27 from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. The fee for this series is $5 each session. Classes can be taken individually or as the whole series.
