Some are smelly, some are sweet, but when it comes to cheese, flavor can’t be beat!
Travel to the DeKalb Public Library on Saturday, May 24, at 2:00 p.m., for a sampling of cheeses from around the world. Ranging from bitter to sweet, subtle to pungent, cheeses display a variety of flavors unrivaled by most other foods. Learn how to pair your cheeses with drinks (like wine) and how to incorporate cheese into your meals.
Participants will be able to sample cheeses while supplies last. This program is first come, first served. All ages are welcome. It will be held in the lower-level Yusunas Meeting Room, though we may need to step outside to unveil our smelliest cheese!
This program is sponsored by Camelot Care Center. Camelot Care Centers have offered a broad range of youth and family services since 1972 and their mission is to improve the lives of children, families, and communities.
