DeKalb County’s American Heart Association Go Red for Women Committee and over 50 local businesses and 3,500 employees are participating in GO RED DAY, on Wednesday, February 27th, 2013 to bring awareness to the leading cause of death in women – heart disease. Go Red for Women encourages awareness of the issue of women and heart disease, and also action to save more lives. Thank you for wearing red!
Our heart healthy choices for today are :
Breakfast – oatmeal with a cup of fruit.
Lunch – Avocado Salad with a cup of soup
Turkey Dijon Sandwich with a cup of soup
or a
Boca Burger Deluxe with a cup of soup
Our soups for the day are – Chili, Chicken Noodle and Cream of Potato
