Looks like all the standard flood areas did flood again. Look at that, the City of DeKalb engineering staff was able to allow for a new flooding area that costs taxpayers and those homeowner’s grief every big rainfall. That new area in DeKalb is the Summit Enclave development that was allowed to build on land that has been swamp and low lands forever. Those homeowner’s should go after the city for allowing this subdivision to be developed in the first place on this property but hey big bucks always helps grease things along in DeKalb.
