Teresinski isn’t ny alderman. What about 3rd ward? Why not Povlsen? I hope they know better than to do this deal.

The petition app we’re using (testing) doesn’t accept more than 1 email address as the recipient so I had to choose one council member as a recipient. I chose Tom because of the (red lettered) statement he made at the Nov 11 council meeting: that he seeks assurance that the first steps don’t run the risk of obligating the City at a later date.” He knows numbers better than most and is a former school board president as well as a former member of the Facilities and Finance Advisory Committee before and immediately after District 428 passed the $110 million construction referendum. He understands debt obligations and should remember how donation pledges disappeared when the administration decided to go ahead with the football stadium at the new high school before the pledges were collected.
I live in the 3rd ward, too. Kristen Lash is our alderperson. Kris Povlsen made up his mind years ago.
