This Friday, November 30th 2012, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, December 1 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. is the DeKalb Area Women’s Center Annual Holiday Shopping Fair. Shop-close-to-home and experience a get-away-weekend combined. Original arts, unique hand-made crafts, home-based business wares and party appointments will be offered at 1021 State Street in DeKalb, IL.
Gift wrapping, seated-chair back massage and continuous live music will provide stress relief for visitors. A 50 cent donation per person reserves a ticket for the drawings throughout both days with door prizes donated by the vendors. Friday features treats and Saturday serves continental breakfast and homemade chili lunch — ground beef and vegetarian. Accessible lift may be reached from the alley north of the building. Hello and Happy Holidays,
Mr. Bill Leighly and I have been practicing our Holiday time songs!
We had signed up in the fall as performers for the Holiday Shopping Fair event at Kishwaukee Community College Volunteer Fair. We want to make sure all is good to go for us at your Shopping Fair event. If you have a time slot picked out for us, let us know. i understand you are all busy preparing for your event and the Thanksgiving Holiday, drop us a line if you can.
