Cortland Lions Club Turkey Trot Saturday

The Cortland Lions Club will host their fifth annual 5K race in Cortland this Saturday, November 15th, 2014 as a fundraiser for community projects.  Registration begins at 8:00am on Saturday at the Cortland Community Park, 70 S Llanos St, in Cortland. Pre-registration is key to receiving a sweatshirt and medal.

This family-friendly, flat course winds through the beautiful neighborhoods of Cortland. Families are invited to run, walk, jog or bring strollers to this pet friendly course. A flat, certified route always brings the top-level competition as this is a great race to earn a Personal Record.

The Kids Run begins at 8:30 a.m.. Kids Run costs $10 for ages ten and under – all participants get a t-shirt. The 5K begins at 9:00 a.m.. Dough Bros. pizza in Cortland is having a party after the run. Register online here: Cortland Lions 5th Annual Turkey Trot
