The biggest indoor garage sale in DeKalb County is being held this coming weekend. The NIU Convocation Center is hosting the 3rd Annual “Convo’s Colossal Clean Sweep” on Saturday, April 30th from 9-3 pm and Sunday, May 1st th from 10-3 pm. Admission will be $1 for adults and free for children 6 and under.
There will be sellers of antiques, collectibles, sports cards, crafts, garage sale items, and almost anything else they want to sell. With over 150 garage sales, plenty of free parking, and a kids coloring corner, you can’t go wrong. This year’s Clean Sweep is sponsored by Operation Lifesaver – Rail Safety Education.
