On Monday, October 19th, 2015 at approximately 7:30 am a female/juvenile was on her way to school traveling southbound on her bicycle in the 1300 block of S. 2nd Street in DeKalb. A male subject also riding a bicycle at the same location obstructed her path causing her to stop. The suspect stopped as well. The suspect took the victim’s hand and placed it onto his genitals. The victim fled the scene and reported the incident. She was uninjured.
The suspect is described as a Male/White, early 20’s, blond hair, and clean shaven. The bicycle he was riding was red and orange in color. The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
