The DeKalb Police Department will be partnering with Target to offer a child safety seat checkup event this Tuesday, June 20th from 9:30am-12:30pm. The event will be held in the Target parking lot, located at 2555 Sycamore Road, DeKalb, Illinois.
Certified child safety seat technicians, including police officers, will be on hand to answer questions, inspect seats, and assist motorists with proper safety seat installation in their vehicles. This event is free to the community.
For the best fitting of the child safety seat, the Police Department recommends the child be present at the event if possible. Thanks to Target for hosting this community event!
