(DeKalb) – English as a Second Language (ESL) adult learners and other community members with small children are invited to engage in conversations on topics such as children, daily life, needs, community resources, and more at the DeKalb Public Library on Thursday, April 9.
This free program is provided by Kishwaukee College Adult Education. No registration is required. It will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the Story & Activity Room.
