The Kishwaukee College Continuing Education department is offering The Complete Workout exercise/workout class for adults at Indian Creek schools beginning in March. The cost for the classes is $25 for senior citizens and $75 for non-seniors.
The Complete Workout is for adults of all ages who want to get in shape and/or stay fit. Classes will include stretching, strength training and cardio workouts. Students will work at their own pace and will need to bring hand weights (3-5 pounds), an exercise mat and water. Please bring a large exercise ball if you have one. Students should wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes.
The Complete Workout will be offered at two times. The first class is offered on Mondays and Wednesdays, March 13 – April 19, from 4:00 – 4:45p.m. at Indian Creek High School. A second class will be offered on Mondays and Thursdays, March 13 – April 20, from 6:30 – 7:15p.m. at Indian Creek Middle School.
