Midwest Corn Lawsuit Informational Meeting Thursday

There will be an informational meeting for those affected by the downtown in the U.S. corn market this Thursday, August 27th, 2015 from 8:30-9:30am. This meeting will be hosted by a local attorney involved in the mass tort lawsuit against Syngenta seed. Questions will be answered and background given about the lawsuit, which has over 30,000 farmers signed up, and the steps being taken to recover damages for grain losses suffered in 2013 and 2014.

This lawsuit is open to farmer, seed dealers, grain elevators, and anyone else affected by the decrease in corn prices in 2013 and 2014. The Informational Meeting will be held at the Sycamore Holiday Inn Express, 1935 DeKalb Ave. in
