Pack the park tonight in Sycamore as the Liners go for the pennant!
The DeKalb County Liners are playing tonight and it’s a big HOME game with the Midwest Collegiate League (MCL) pennant and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs at stake. The NW Indiana Oilmen currently have a one game lead over the Liners in the standings with two game to play.
The Liners and Oilmen play tonight at Founders Field in Sycamore Park (Airport Road entrance). Game time is 7:05pm.
If the Liners win tomorrow, they will move into a tie for first and will win the season series with the Oilmen, 3-2, an important element in a tiebreaker. But if NW Indiana wins they will win the pennant with a two-game lead with one to play.
