Rest. Rejuvenate. Restore. Celebrate the official arrival of summer with this special seasonal workshop! You do no work: simply sit and lie supported by cushions and blankets in our peaceful classroom. Various positions gently release tension from tight muscles, allowing joints to open, and clean energy to flow through. Slow down, align the body and the mind, center the breath. Take some time for yourself and just relax and be. Instructor Beverlee Burke, RYT, incorporates restorative yoga in her classes regularly, and her students love it! (This workshop is a fantastic value, as well). Call to register, or use the Paypal button from “Tickets” link above (no Paypal account necessary). Cost: $20

Next Ropes class is June 11! Ropes are a great assistant for all sorts of yoga poses. Not only do they help you achieve certain poses, they allow you to safely and securely concentrate on getting the most out of each stretch. Ropes powerfully enhance your practice–and they’re fun! Whether you are an experienced practitioner looking for a challenge—or a beginner who thinks yoga looks too difficult—we know how to help you get the most out of your experience. Remember, you can always discuss your goals and concerns with all our instructors! Ropes class takes place Saturday, June 11, from 10:00-11:30 am. Space is limited, so please call 815-758-5508 to let us know if you plan to attend. Walk-ins are only $15—or use your punch card!
