Join us for an enjoyable, tasty, nutritious, educational and social evening of Juice Tasting! You will have the opportunity to sample over a dozen of our fresh-pressed juices. This is a great chance to taste all of our juices side-by-side and rank order your favorites. We will also serve several homemade hors d’oeuvres to accompany the juices. Tickets are $30 per person and should be purchased at Grassroots Juicery & Cafe July 19 – July 26.

This is the first thing other than breast milk or water that Paul has ever drank! There will be several local vendors selling goods ranging from organic vegetables and fruits, honey, olive oil, spices, arts and crafts, and more. Several local helath, nutrition, fitness businesses will be on hand offering information and consultation. Grassroots Juicery will be open selling a wide variety of fresh-pressed juices, real smoothies, wraps and gluten-free baked goods. The weather should be nice, so come out and enjoy while supporting our local vendors.

The cafe will be open serving REAL smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, gluten-free baked goods, wraps, salads, and more. You won’t find farm-fresh meat at any other local area farmers’ market! Our featured meat vendor is HASSELMANN FAMILY FARM in Marengo. A true family farm that has been run by three generations of the family, the Hasselmanns raise their animals openly grazing on a forage-based diet that contains NO antibiotics, growth hormones, or animal byproducts. BEEF, PORK, CHICKEN, sausages and bacon, chicken and duck EGGS, and more will be available to purchase.
