It’s not a good looking set up. It looks cramped. There looks to be no real space around the pads for picnic space. No room outside tables with shade umbrellas. No outside places to have summer gatherings around the pad. It will be a popular hang out for families. Give it the space it needs so everyone will not be cramped together. I wish sycamore would look at some of the splash pads like in Geneva.
Also they could add some benches and fire pits near the sledding hill. Russell Woods is not the safest hill for children but we go because it’s fun and a place where you can stand around a fire in the middle of winter with snacks on the picnic tables and sip some hot chocolate. Let’s plan smarter.
