NIU STEM’s annual Holiday Party is their way of saying thanks to all the students and their families that participate during the year. They’ll spend half the time doing a special holiday themed demonstration show, complete with refreshments. The other half will be spent making science themed gifts with the kids, while the adults get a chance to hear about some of the staff’s favorite STEMtastic gift ideas.
The STEM Holiday Party will be held at Swen Parson, Room 146, Normal Rd. in DeKalb from 9am until noon Saturday. Recommended for all ages. The cost is $10 per family to attend. Call 815-753-0533 with questions.
