The City of DeKalb proposes to demolish the vacant condemned building located at 912 Edgebrook Drive and restore the property to a vacant residential lot. The subject property is zoned “MFR-2” High Density Multiple Family Residential District.
The City will hold a Public Meeting on June 11, 2020 to hear resident comments regardingthis project. The meeting will be held in front of the subject property located at 912
Edgebrook Drive, DeKalb, IL from 4:30 to 6:00. Residents are invited to attend and comment on the proposal.
Comments must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, July 13, 2020.
Comments can be submitted on the day of the meeting on a comment sheet which will be provided to those in attendance. Written comments can also be mailed to City of
