Want to write your own music but don’t know where to start? This program, hosted by the DeKalb Public Library on Monday, March 24, at 6:00 p.m., will give you the tools to start making your own songs!
Through analyzing the music of an established artist, we can learn important things about the songwriting process. This program will focus specifically on the music of Shel Silverstein. Some music theory and instrument experience are helpful but not necessarily required.
This program is for teens and adults and will be held in the Nancy D. Castle Collaboration Studio. It is first come, first served as space is limited.
