NIU Student Association elections are coming soon.
To be eligible for the ballot, candidates for the executive branch and the senate must attend at least one of two meetings:
- Tuesday, March 1, 6 p.m.
Campus Life Building Room 100 - Wednesday, March 2, 4 p.m.
Holmes Student Center, Room 305
Prospective candidates will receive information on what the SA does, how all three of its branches work together to form one of the strongest student governments in the country and the election policies.
Candidates must be in good conduct standing with the university with a 2.5 GPA (or in their first semester at NIU). Executive candidates must be enrolled in 12 credit hours. Senate candidates must be enrolled nine credit hours.
