(DeKalb) – Studies show that “body-doubling” (a productivity technique where you work alongside others for motivation, focus, and accountability) can make it easier to get things done. At this club, hosted by the DeKalb Public Library, you’ll join a librarian who’s prone to procrastination and fellow last-minute finishers for a couple hours of focused work time.
This session will be held on Monday, March 2, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Nancy D. Castle Collaboration Studio.
Bring your laptop, headphones, homework, paperwork, or anything else you’ve been putting off, and get to work! You don’t have to stay for the full two hours; feel free to come and go as you please. Light refreshments will be available.
This program is free to attend. Registration is not required. Intended for adults.
