KishHealth System Welcomes New OB/GYN to Medical Staff

SANDWICH, Ill. – KishHealth System welcomes Jill M. Palko, MD, obstetrician/gynecologist, to its medical staff. She earned her medical degree from Rush Medical College, Chicago. In 2014, Dr. Palko completed her residency in OB/GYN at Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Palko grew up in Streator and knows she has always been a small town girl at heart. She believes that in a smaller community you are able to get to know your patients better and make a difference. “There is really no way to describe the feelings you have when you deliver someone’s baby – especially the experience of a couple having their first child. That’s an amazing aspect of my profession and I consider myself very lucky to be a part of that journey,” said Dr. Palko.
