Kishwaukee College has several courses that begin on Monday, March 16 for the second half of the spring semester. The eight-week courses are credit-bearing and offer a unique opportunity for area residents to explore a program, complete required courses or prerequisites, or simply get an early start to a program or on their educational plans for the summer or fall terms. Whatever the reason, registration is now in progress for the “late start” courses at Kishwaukee College.
Late start courses being offered on campus this spring include: ENG 104 Composition II, CAD 151 Fundamentals of Computer Aided Design (CAD), CSD 101 Career Planning, ELE 106 Industrial Welding, HIS 222 U.S. History Since 1877, HLT 122 Introduction to Nutrition, HLT 201 Human Nutrition, HLT 206 Contemporary Health Concepts, MAT 65 Elementary Algebra I, MAT 66 Elementary Algebra II, MAT 85 Intermediate Algebra I, MAT 86 Intermediate Algebra II, MT 108 Introduction to Manufacturing Maintenance, PHL Intro to Logic, PHL 200 Ethics, PSY 102 Introductory Psychology, and TPM 100 Introduction to Massage.
