The Kishwaukee College Center for Business Development and Continuing Education is offering a workshop for local business and industry on Medicinal Marijuana: Is It Still an Illegal Drug Under Your Drug Policy? On Thursday, January 28 from 11:00a.m. – 1:00p.m. at the Kishwaukee College Conference Center. Registration will begin at 10:45a.m. The cost is $49 per participant and includes lunch.
The workshop will be led by the Falcon Safety Group and will cover basics that employers need to be aware of under the Illinois Medical Cannabis Law. Topics include: facts on cannabis as medicine; do employers need to allow workers to medicate at work; any projected changes to current cannabis law; is your drug policy fair to all workers on medication, including cannabis; medicinal cannabis and employee rights under FMLA and ADA; and can employers perform essential duties under influence of cannabis.

People need more good education, and knowledge on the positive points of Medical Marijuanna. I woyld rather see this then so many other things.
