Hinckley Fireworks presents their Hometown Family Fun Fest this Saturday, June 24
th, 2017 at the Hinckley-Big Rock High School in Hinckley! Come out for a family-friendly day of fun, food and fireworks!
Join the Hinckley Parks & Rec Program at the Community Building to decorate your bike /wagon /stroller before the Bike Parade begins at 3:00! The parade
start point will be at Maple & McKinley streets.
Then the gates open at 3:00pm Saturday at the Hinckley-Big Rock School, 700 E. Lincoln Hwy. where the fun begins! Make sure to check out the Car Show, new to the festival this year.
There will also be professional food trucks and vendors, bounce houses, a petting zoo, magic shows, pony rides, dunk tank, bingo, bags, temporary tattoos and more!
At 7:00 pm see the Mason Rivers Band live! And always the best finish to any summer festival… make sure to stay for the FIREWORKS starting about 9:15 pm! Visit the Hinckley Festival website here for all the up to date information.
Join them for the 2017 Hinckley Hustle Run and Walk and 1 mile short course also on Saturday. The proceeds for this event will go toward enhancing and updating the village parks. This is a timed race. Registration will be set up at the Pioneer Park shelter. Registration at 6:30, 5K Race at 7:30, 1 mile short course at 8:30. Short course for all ages. Registration forms are available at the Village office and on the Village’s website. You may also register online via credit card for a small fee here.
